These microphones are so easy to use! They are compatible with my iPhone and iPad. The battery life is great and the sound quality is incredible! I do all my videos and live streams with them!

Easy to use, good quality

I'll change my review if the replacement works. It took nearly 12 hours just to see if it worked. The instruction manual says call the company 24/7 for set up advice. No company listed. No phone number listed. Google Ai knew what to do and how to answer the questions, tho. Do charge the microphones first. THEN turn it on...which is 3 second hold. Then plug in the port and make sure it's working on the device. Then if the green light is on steady on the mic and the red light is on steady on the port then you can record. The manual is COMPLETELY WRONG, for a different version of this microphone, so those instructions are helpful. The extra attachment is for adapting to a different type of phone (apple). So, then I spent 15-20 minutes walking around the house to see if it worked. My voice was extremely muted ..even with the mic pinned to just at my chin. Unless I had the mic at the opening of my mouth. And it did pick up most of the sounds...every footstep. It did, tho, go upstairs with me while the device was downstairs and into every room. So, I was going to see if the other mic picked up sound differently, and went to unplug the port and turn that mic off and charge the second mic BUT AND!! It was EXTREMELY HOT!! THe port and the charger and the computer were ALL BURNING. In under 20 minutes!! I recorded 6 1-2 minute tests! I am so GRATEFUL i did not play around with it longer before touching it! Could have absolutely ruined my device and started a FIRE!! I really would like this to work. I would need to always use my devices mic, tho, unless I suddenly need to run around the house and pace while I record, and then I would need to switch back and forth, because the sound quality was SO BAD, it is not the quality of recording I would feel good sending to a client or to the internet. Muted, muffled. My devices inset mic sounds better...totally clear. I imagine if people are buying a mic they do so to make their sound quality Improved and more Professional. Hopefully I can fix this review when the replacement comes. Replacement should be here in just a couple days, and I just ordered it and havent sent it in. They don't need me to do anything about packaging except return the whole product in it's box including the defective instructions, to the Whole Foods a mile down the road. So The replacement was easy. But, do check your ports to see if they are about to melt off, as soon as the items are synched and recording: check every ten minutes for the first couple days you use it.

Really can’t even tell a difference, background noise the same, no noise cancelling. I’m confused as to the positive reviews because it seems to give me the exact same audio as what my phone would record
