This Product quality is stable. The operation is simple, and anyone can make an air cushion. This product, as an introductory model, has sufficient features.In particular, the timed function is a good feature. Inserting the film into the machine requires a certain procedure and a little attention, but compared to other products, it is not a big problem.Overall, I think it is a good product.

It worked for a while. Didn't get half a roll in though and the paper starts bunch up where the nozzle is inserted into the roll. See pic.I took the wheels apart and cleaned them as the manual suggests. Still bunches up.Asked customer support for help. But I think the issue is getting lost in translation and not really getting the help I need.It's become an expensive paper weight.

Purchased this for our shipping department. Works great. Previous rater who said it did not produce enough air must had not had read manual and adjust the air flow to minimum. Ours worked perfect right out of the box. We are using this one for air pillows. Ordered a second one to use for bubble wrap. Now, we can generate the right amount of packaging material when we need it - on demand.

Not enough air, it just a toy. Cannot returned.
