INTEO Red Light Therapy Mask for Face, 850nm NIR Glow Time LED Face Mask

I bought this masks a year ago. After using it for a year, it's still going strong. I can tell a huge difference in my skin and my makeup when I use it. I definitely recommend. There are a lot of red light masks on the market. But this one is affordable, durable and it works great!

Shoutout to INTEO and LILIANA for incredible customer service!` I’ve been using my INTEO red light therapy mask since January and absolutely love it, but it unexpectedly stopped working recently. Dealing with product defects can be a headache, but INTEO made it incredibly easy. I emailed their support and worked with LILIANA, she was an absolute lifesaver. She was so courteous and helpful. She got back to me in just a few hours, and by the next day , she had already arranged to ship out a brand-new replacement mask! I highly recommend this mask-not just because the product itself is great, but because they actually stand behind their customers. Thank you LILIANA!

Don't waste your money. Had mine less than one month and the remote stopped working. Amazon sent me a replacement mask which lasted approximately six months then the red lights stopped lighting up, only the blue and yellow are lighting up. I contacted the company and am jumping through hoops now. Although I have provided the model number and order number they want a screen shot and a video. How will that help???? I am 75 and will have to wait for my grandson to help me. Ridiculous!

Loved this until remote stopped working after 3 months, now can only use yellow light, which I never needed. My return window is closed, and contact seller option no longer available. Anyone had this issue and if so is there a way to order a new remote?

I absolutely love this red light mask! My favorite thing about it is that it’s not hard plastic like most masks are. It is flexible and can be adjusted with the very heavy duty, durable Velcro strap in the back. It is also lightweight and comfortable. I love the different color settings for your different skin care needs, and love the intensity settings as well. If I don’t have much time to sit and use my mask, I just turn up the intensity and down on the time to get the most efficient red light session in. I have had it several months now and can tell a huge difference in my blemishes thanks to the blue setting. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an effective, high quality mask for a great value!!

Have only used it once, but am so excited to see the results after continued use

Bought it in January. It worked great. I felt like the red light was working! In June the cord started to go. It flickered off and on. Pretty disappointing. I did everything the instructions said about caring for the cord, not bending it certain ways and storing it. Hoping customer care can send a replacement or replacement cord. I would expect this to last longer than 6 months.

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.
