INTEO Red Light Therapy Mask for Face, 850nm NIR Glow Time LED Face Mask

I bought this because my wife informed me that she needed a red light therapy mask. That's pretty much the extent of my qualifications for reviewing the science behind it. What I can say is that she likes it and has been happy using it. The mask covers her face well, it's rechargeable so she isn't tethered to an outlet while using it, and having the different light modes gives her some options depending on what she's using it for. The controls are straightforward, and the whole thing has been easy enough to incorporate into her skincare routine without becoming a hassle. It's still too early for us to make any claims about long-term skin results, so I'm not going to pretend we witnessed ten years disappear from her face overnight. What matters right now is that she's actually using it consistently and enjoying it. Of course, buying one red light mask has now somehow resulted in us looking at full-size red light saunas. So apparently we're doing this now. Down the rabbit hole we go.

I bought this masks a year ago. After using it for a year, it's still going strong. I can tell a huge difference in my skin and my makeup when I use it. I definitely recommend. There are a lot of red light masks on the market. But this one is affordable, durable and it works great!

Edit: Review update. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this face mask any longer. Originally purchased in 2024, lasted 2 years. Says has lifetime warranty. I reached out to customer service and they did replace which was great. They asked for a positive review which i gave. But the 2nd face mask only lasted 2-3 months. Very disappointing, reached out again to customer service asking for another replacement since they clearly state on the product box lifetime warranty and no response after 3 attempts to contact them. Left me no choice but to warn potential customers, buyer beware there is NO LIFETIME WARRANTY on this item, they do NOT honor a lifetime warranty and don't even have courtesy to address emails/issues. I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere unless you don't mind wasting your money. XxxxxxLove this face mask, easy to wear and work. I use everyday and have noticed great results. Great customer support! Would recommend. Unfortunately after 2 yrs it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and was able to send me a replacement. This product is high quality and I've noticed great results! Their customer service is awesome, they respond in timely manner and work hard to resolve any issues. Highly recommend this face mask!

Works great but it stopped working

Loved this until remote stopped working after 3 months, now can only use yellow light, which I never needed. My return window is closed, and contact seller option no longer available. Anyone had this issue and if so is there a way to order a new remote?

Shoutout to INTEO and LILIANA for incredible customer service!` I’ve been using my INTEO red light therapy mask since January and absolutely love it, but it unexpectedly stopped working recently. Dealing with product defects can be a headache, but INTEO made it incredibly easy. I emailed their support and worked with LILIANA, she was an absolute lifesaver. She was so courteous and helpful. She got back to me in just a few hours, and by the next day , she had already arranged to ship out a brand-new replacement mask! I highly recommend this mask-not just because the product itself is great, but because they actually stand behind their customers. Thank you LILIANA!

Bought it in January. It worked great. I felt like the red light was working! In June the cord started to go. It flickered off and on. Pretty disappointing. I did everything the instructions said about caring for the cord, not bending it certain ways and storing it. Hoping customer care can send a replacement or replacement cord. I would expect this to last longer than 6 months.

I absolutely love this red light mask! My favorite thing about it is that it’s not hard plastic like most masks are. It is flexible and can be adjusted with the very heavy duty, durable Velcro strap in the back. It is also lightweight and comfortable. I love the different color settings for your different skin care needs, and love the intensity settings as well. If I don’t have much time to sit and use my mask, I just turn up the intensity and down on the time to get the most efficient red light session in. I have had it several months now and can tell a huge difference in my blemishes thanks to the blue setting. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an effective, high quality mask for a great value!!

Stopped working after 3 uses. The worst purchase

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.

Bought as a Xmas gift, just opened and faulty. Remote rattles as something must be broken…
