DO NOT GET THE WHIT GLOVE SERVICE - NOT WORTH IT! Ordered washer with White Glove delivery service. Installers did not want to remove old washer as the hoses had not been disconnected and it was on a pedal stool. Being a senior citizen, I have no ability to move to disconnect or lift off of pedal stool. They finally obliged and removed old washer. Brought in new washer, set on pedal stool and left with my hoses and left the new box sitting in the driveway. I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase new hoses and call a service person to hook up the new washer. Still waiting to run the 1st load. DO NOT GRT THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE - NOT WORTH IT.

I love Electrolux!!! When my original washer stopped working, i looked at the bigger stores to buy this again. No one carries it. So i found it here. I love my electolux. The door to get the clothes in is wider then the other front loader doors. It’s quiet when dining and cleans my clothes so well.

We got our washer 3 weeks late and it has a big dent, the detergent door doesn't shut properly and the washer door doesn't shut and needs a new strike plate.

We purchased this washer less than 3 years ago and the motor has already burned out. We have a warranty but it is taking a very long time to get fixed. They can't order the right parts and it takes weeks to come out to the house. Now customer service isn't even answering. After 20 minutes on hold they just hang up on us. We should not have to live without a washing machine for over a month.

Brand new unit and it's got a faulty inlet valve. Such a bad unit. Do not buy this make or model!

Our Electrolux Washing Machine EFLS627UTT, Serial# 4C92200811 is defective and Electrolux is not standing behind their product. We purchased this machine in Aug 2019 and in early 2021 the washing machine door locked and would not open. We have not been able to use the washing machine since this time and had to purchase a Speed Queen. The door was opened by a technician, but the technician stated that he needed to order parts to make the door operate properly (wiring harness and controller) at a cost of $500. When the parts arrived the technician came back to put in the parts, but quickly realized that they did not need to be replaced and stated that he would have to order different parts. We contacted Electrolux who stated that the washing machine was out of warranty and that they would not stand behind their machine. We had an Electrolux technician who came out to look at the machine after we filed a claim with American Express through their extended warranty program. The Electrolux technician stated that in addition to the problem with the door auto locking and not opening that the entire drum and bearings needed to be replaced. What? The washer is only 15 months old, how is it possible that the bearings are shot? We replaced our Bosch washer with this washing machine after having the Bosch washer for 12 years, it was still working! The washing machine still sits in our laundry room right now, 2 years later as Electrolux still refuses to stand behind their product and while AMEX continues to investigate the issue with Electrolux as it relates to our extended warranty. So, we had to initially pay for a "laundry service" for the first 2 months while they were initially troubleshooting the washer. After we realized that Electrolux was going to drag their feet on the issue we ended up buying a "Speed Queen" washer which has been fantastic, this machine cleans the clothes way better than the Electrolux and it has a 7 year warranty on the product and is made in the USA. I will NEVER recommend Electrolux to any family / friends, and I should of heeded the advice of two of my neighbors that said not to buy Electrolux due to having problems with their refrigerator and washer.

bought this model along with the matching dryer in February if 2017. I am on my 3rd service call for the washer. The washer leaks during the clean washer cycle (there appears to be no fix for this). The 15 minute wash cycle has automatically changed itself to 20 minutes, literally (this is the time that appears on the screen). Now the control panel has died and apparently this part is on back order. All for a 2 year old $1,000 washing machine. Look elsewhere! Actually worthy of 0 stars! The dryer has an even spottier service history.

Less than half year and the door is leaking water, creating a puddle on the floor. The door is kept clean with no dents, the machine is essentially brand new. This machine is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty but it takes a minimum of three weeks to get somebody to stop by. The warranty service department promised to follow-up with a phone call to confirm repair date but never did, so the warranty process needs to be started from scratch. Also, the manufacturer doesn’t allow feedback like this to be posted on their feedback page.
