Does the adapter (usb-c to usb 3.0 f) support the pd spec? can it handle 3a or if not, how much?

Dear buyer, we are seller of this product. Yes it support 3A current. Thanks!

Does this work if connecting to a printer ?

This is a USB OTG (On-The-Go) adapter. While it might work when connecting a printer, I would advise instead purchasing a regular (non-OTG) cable with the proper USB plugs on each end and of the appropriate length.

will this cable work on a Sonos Roam speaker which is used to charge the speaker?

Dear customer, This USB-C to USB adapter is designed for high speed data transfer up to 5 Gbps, it can sync photos, videos and musics in seconds. It's not for charging. Any other question, please feel free to contact us from Amazon Message Center. Thanks!
