My wife have been having a stiff and quite painful neck for about a month. She tried pain relieving otc pills like advil, vibrating massager, and a heating pad. They seemed to provide some relief for a short time, but the nagging pain soon returned. I found this laser device on Amazon that was specifically designed to treat the back of your neck where my wife has pain. Decided to give it a try and after she used it for a few days now, she’s telling me that it really helps and the pain is relieved. She still uses it a couple times per day. I think that she is doing something that causes the pain to reoccur. But using this a couple times per day relieves the pain, so she is happy.

I really like this vest/cape design. It's easy to use, it flashes or is solid & is very bright! I would have given it a 5 star except that the first one I bought got REALLY REALLY REALLY HOT HOT HOT within 1 minute after the 4th use & I had to take it off! I sent it back for an exchange & so far the 2nd unit has been working consistently. I've used it now 4-5 times. If it cramps itself again I will update my review. I am using it 4-5x week.

I like the method of strapping the unit. Instead of using Velcro, they use an adjustable strap, much like a camera strap. Also, I like the fact that more LEDs were on it per sqare area, than similarly sized units.It works great and I would buy it again if I should ever need another.

Easy to use

I've had everyday migraines for two years now. This doesn't cure them, but it does help calm them down! Great to use after getting home from a long day of work with a bad migraine, getting my cold wash cloth, applying this, and being able to watch a show or two as it calms down my neck and helps my pain.

This product advertises 108ea 880nm diodes and 216ea 660nm diodes. In actuality, it contains only (cheaper) 660nm diodes. The 880's are the most penetrating and therapeutic and the reason I purchased the product. I will be returning it

This gizmo seems to be doing what is advertised. It’s only been a week or two, using it consistently. So far it seems to be effective giving some degree of pain relief. Will continue to use to see if the pain is reduced even more.
