Authentic OEM Bosch replacement pad.
The media could not be loaded. Authentic replacement. My original lasted for years, hopefully this one will too. This is the “soft” version which originally came with my machine. It actually feels very stiff, but will probably soften up with usage and time. Meanwhile I’m also going to order the “extra soft” one.

Sanding Pad for Bosch Random Orbit Sander
Works well, fits well, but not as soft as I was expecting. Thought it would be a bit sorer and more flexible to conform to a surface. So it’s okay, but not OMG where have you been all my life.

Identical match to the 6” OEM pad for the ROS65VC. (Medium pad)Update: I’ve been using this pad for just over 1 year now and it’s still grabbing and holding the paper in place. I do a lot of live edge slabs,sharp and uneven sanding that often rips the paper and leads to wear of the hook and loop but this has stood up better than most cheap knock off brands.Regarding the 5” backing pad: lots of people order the wrong pads thinking they’re getting the 5” that fits the ROS65 VC. I posted a photo from the Bosch manual RSO38 (5” pad). (Mine wore out within 1 yr now I can only find it at big box HD reorder)

Perfect fit on Bosch sander
Exactly what I needed. The old one fell apart after using it for wet polishing my car. Keep it dry if possible.

Bosch Sander backing pad
This pad works great maybe even better than the original. The only thing I would caution anyone about is to make sure you give the mounting screw plenty of beef because if you don't the pad will vibrate loose and need to be retightened. A small amount of some blue locktite might not be a bad ideaSteve

A must have for RO65VC-5 Bosch sander. Converts from 5" to 6" quick and easy.
I used this to convert my Bosch ROS65VC-5 orbital sander from a 5" to a 6" and it works perfectly. 6" sanders are so much more expensive than 5" and this is a way to get around it!
