Connelly Aspect Slalom 2017 Water Ski

The ski rides fantastic! Good upgrade from the 1986 Shortline ive ridden my whole life!

This is my first new ski in a long time. I have been using the family Connelly performance ski from the early to mid 90's. I am sure that has something to do with the changes. I needed/wanted a new ski to help get up, as our boat is older and feels a little down on power sometimes, and I have outgrown the older ski.For starters, you can not beat the price I got on this. The only thing I might do in the long run is a rear boot. But I have always skied with a RTS, so I might not change. The boot is very comfortable, and easy on and off with no soap. I wear a size 13, and this was perfect.My one star deduction is for feel of the ski. When riding, there is a brief moment where it feels loose. It is where the ski is rotating from the edge to the tunnel. I am not sure why, and maybe it is something that I won't notice as time goes one. But I did notice it the first few times I have used this.Overall I love this ski, and would recommend it to anyone else that is looking to upgrade to a newer ski.
