Chronographs are not working.
Do check the chronographs, if they are working or not. Always check if in the dial Michael Kros is written or engraved with golden. I have tried returning the product they have connected with a technician and asked me to wait for 24 hours to create return. I am not sure if I will get my money or not.

Horribly packed
the packing material used was very old and not appropriate for an expensive watch. the plastic has dirty and shabbily packed.on removing the plastic covering the entire watch had stains.
