Amazing product to cut herbs , and the best part its very useful to trim the fat and other skin on your raw meat. I have never cleaned my boneless chicken so clean if I hadn't had this tool from Oxo. The amount of fat i trimmed/removed from the meat was amazing. Its good for people who cannot clean with knives. Thanks Oxo Will definitely recommend it to others
