How wide are these in inches

They are five inches wide. Very happy with Thera-Band products. I attach one end of mine to a door and purchased the special hanger to make this work better.

I need something equivalent to 1.5 M long X 15cm wide X 0.5mm thick- which color band is closest?

Waste of money !

Worst product and misleading descriptionsBlue indicates mid to high strength Material, however what i got is delicate rubber strap. Cannot do rehabilitation physiotherapy on this.Also no return policy. Hence wasted money.

Useless product

Useless product, just lasted 3 sessions of abductors walk done bare foot to minimise damage to the band. It is too thin to last. Please do not buy this product.
