I have started taking just a week back. So it's too early to make a decisive comment on it's effectiveness

(Pictures Attached)I would always recommend people to use whole foods over supplementation, but when supplementation is a need to fill the gaps in wholesome nutrition, you have to deal with the added chemicals along the way, those that are to be used as a colouring, binding or other dissolving agents.I am a health professional and I can tell us that the chemicals added here are definitely to be avoided but even if taken in such small doses they wouldn't harm the human body in short term.In the long run however, it is never advisable to be relying on supplementation to fill the gaps, because then it only denotes that the nutrition planning is flawed.The benefits of the flaxseed oil can be googled so I better stick to my experience with the product.I have used this myself and with my clients for over a month now.This product has only showed mild results. It may be termed as satisfactory depending upon the individual requirements, but for most cases, it would not be sufficient enough to rely on.It is good but certainly not bad and surely not great.Considering you are vegetarian like me then this is ur obvious good choice.Try to consult a nutritionist to better plan your diet in such a way that supplementation can be minimised to bare minimum and apt enough to pave way to wholesome diet eventually.I hope you find this review helpful.Your feedback motivates me to write such detailed reviews continuously. Not expecting any immediate results ! But my trainer recommended this and the ingredients look good and a great way to get omega 3 in for a vegetarian. Delivery as promised even with lockdown.

I have used flax seed capsules from other brands as well. But I did not face this type of issue. These inlife capsules are causing dry cough and it persists at least for 3-4 days after use.

Cost - flex seed is very cheep vs to fish but flex seed oil price is highTaste - not bad but not goodPacking- goodSome price much low than this product is best other vise not ok
