Using it for sometime. Seems 2 tablets per day will be required as this has 180mg epa and 120mg dha. Not mentioned in triglycerides form so l believe this is ethyl ester form

The pills are too large to swallow comfortably. You can feel it in your throat for some time. There are fishy burps almost immediately after. I don't think I've seen any benefits in hair, skin, energy, or overall health even after multiple bottles.
