Really effective. Must be genuine ashwgandha. My fatigue reduced and my energy levels were up a lot throughout the day.

Better than other brands. Capsul is desolving in water a little bit slow it's taking nearly 15 minuts to completely dissolve in plain water. Other than that it's ok product.

Yes. It's value for money product. Good packaging, claiming to be organic. I finished both the bottles. I took 2 cap/day, unfortunately I don't see any difference in my body in terms of more energy, vitality, etc. I think product composition should be increased from 400mg/cap to 600mg/cap for better results.

I have recommended everyone this particular brand of ashwagandha. I have found this effective may be because of the dosage in each capsule (400mg). We sleep better at night. Over a period of time it struck us that we were less anxious, we recover better from the physical and mental stressors of the day. One might say it is placebo but we actually didn't think about the effectiveness of the capsules in the beginning. Only over a period of time we realised how effective it has been. It has been 3 years since we have been using this.

It does help me sleep better ! Not sure about. I think it is helping in the stress level as well.
