Product worked great. Very useful to read and reset codes, register battery, etc. very easy to use and high quality.

Nice quality and works well… 3 stars deducted because they don’t tell you older cars like my ‘09 A4 Cabriolet require their older no longer supported app (OBDeleven VAG)… the end result is I overspent on their product by approximately 30% for the opportunity to only be able to spent 2 of the 100 credits I bought because the old app can hardly do anything… and the features like CarPlay and live vehicle data are new app only… had I known I was only going to get a nice diag tool.. I would have chosen differently **UPDATE** Wish I could give lower rating… in addition to misrepresentation in car compatibility… now come to find out … functionality in iPhone is broken, lots of missing capabilities because I have an iPhone and not android… this has been a garbage experience… do not buy … you’d have more fun burning two $100 bills… thinking it’s time to return this piece of junk

Buy this if you have a newer Volkswagen. I have a 2020 VW Jetta SEL and if you know what that is or if you have one, you know that you run into a stupid problem at least once a year that requires bringing it to a shop who will charge you well over a grand to fix. My cruise control completely stopped working along with other things connected to a sensor behind the grille. Nothing was wrong with the sensor, I was just driving and it shut down on me completely. I was quoted about $1200 to have this fixed. Instead I bought this scanner and I paid $5 inside the app to recalibrate my cruise control. Within 5 seconds, it was fixed, it works, and all the lights on the dash disappeared. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR VW CARS

It works great on my 2023 Audi A3 and 2023 Audi S3. Everything I needed to do with it went without any problems. I do find their subscription model overly expensive and I’m not sure I’m going to renew. Although it works great, make sure you really need this tool and check subscription renewal rates before pulling the trigger. If all you need is to pull codes or read basic sensor data, I find that my Veepeak OBDCheck BLE PLUS with Car Scanner software works equally well at a fraction of the price. I’m not knocking this one, but the high price tag is worth being sure you need it.

Works as described. I had two cars that needed to have service work done. Since I do my own work this tester tool works excellent. I don’t like the coins needed to add apps but it works as designed

It does some of the things the claim but not easily or free. Every switch every report anything takes credits.. it claims to code modules but it can not query a server for a modules complete code only adjust a properly coded module. Tech support never answers. Overall way better things out there. Buy a launch and get more for less

I am a uro technician and I really love this tool it’s useful and gives a lot of details however… one of the services I provide I was hoping to use this tool for I have to translate the units from metric to standard to explain things to the customer. Understanding this is a techno adjacent tool, however as a diy person that can be impossible or annoying and at no point should a throttle body alignment cost you $50 worth of points it should be free. It is free with every other equivalent scanner from Innova, maxi and updon which all support vws. As a professional I can tell you with 100% certainty the only thing this scanner provides that 99.9% of other scanners under $300 does not is the ability to see timing chain stretch accurately. Aside from that and the ability to change lighting this tool is basically useless in comparison to any other. If you want the ability to do anything you want skip this purchase and save for a proper vcds.

I would definitely recommend purchasing this. It’s intuitive to use and does exactly what it states. Managed easily to reset the oil and inspection warnings on my Audi TT Mk 3, and change the timing parameters. If you do your own servicing, it pays for itself and is good value

Works great, came with PRO package and credits as advertised. VAG App is fairly easy to use, just be sure to backup your modules. Got both into the fun features as well as doing some diag on an AFS error and ACC errors.

I am using it for my Passat b7 2.0 tdi 177 km 4 motion . So far I can read all the failures, reset them , reset oil change , check the mileage in the modules . It’s connecting pretty fast . I’m still learning coding but I can still activate some features so I’m positively surprised . For that price if u are using it few times a year only on your car it’s 100% worth it . I’m just highly recommending this device . I’ve got a comparison with the cheaper ones and they are no way near as good as obdeleven!
