Lenovo E470 20H1004UIG 14-inch Laptop (Core i5 7th Gen/4GB/1TB/DOS/Integrated Graphics)

I have been using this laptop for over 2 years. It gives me a battery life of 4 hours with heavy programming. I am running 2 VMs on this.Sound quality is very good and the camera is quite good.I recommend this laptop for hardcore programming.There is only one addition that I made after the warranty period was over to increase the memory to 16 GB. It was very fast earlier. Now it is lightning fast

The performance of the product was not as ThinkPad are known for. I received the product with already defective WiFi card. Do I spend to 45k for already defective product. The support from seller was good but the product was not.

No issues in the laptop. the display is a bit let down, but it's not a problem for me cos I don't play games or too much into movies. the finger scanner is a really good feature. the keyboard is really good and so is the touchpad with multi-gesture. the double tap on touch pad works as the left click of a mouse, so u don't really need to press any of the buttonsperformance is good. top of the laptop is very very silky smooth. Battery backup is good.Amazon delivery was fast

I'll come straight to the point.Pro:- Matte Finish on the screen, makes it easier to work overall.- Keys are spread out well and comfortable for most part and has a comforting click to it which isn't too loud for silent areas.- TrackPad is good and responsive. I'm coming from a water drowned Mac Book Pro, there is no comparison Apple's Track pad and this, they are worlds apart specially the software part.- Battery life is quite decent. Lasts 5 Hours for normal office work and maybe 4 - 4.5 hours for media and lesser for games.Con:- No keyboard backlight. Which is a bummer.- No CD / DVD Drive. I was in a hurry to buy a new laptop so didn't pay attention to this. Got an Asus External DVD Drive. Considering most of us are off CD DVDs it's no deal breaker.- No OS loaded so you better be ready with a working bootable Linux USB.- Screen is bluish. And has absurd contrast. So it's a no-no for Media Editors.- Only 4 GB Ram. for the price I'm reasonably expectant of atleast 8 GB.That's all folks !
