Finally a non-dairy protein mix that I can use!!!! I know that lactose-free protein mix have been around forever but I never bothered to look and I am glad that I found GNC's Soy Protein!This product works great and I don't feel any bloating or stomach turning from drinking it after my work out!Thank you GNC for making a great product!! I wouldn't try this in water, but it tastes great with orange juice or almond milk, and mixes up well without any clumps. I take this because I'm allergic to whey, and I'm seeing the same benefits as with taking any other source of protein besides actual meat. I would definitely recommend.

Got my Soy GNC Pro Performance a couple of hours ago. Did my strength and cardio and reached out to the brand new tub of protein powder. Combined a couple scoops with two cups homemade plant milk (hazelnut, cashews, coconut) and two handfuls of blueberries, blended all that in my Blendtec. Oh, so yummy!

I have tried multiple whey isolate powders and all of them mess with my stomach. After doing some research I decided to try soy isolate. This is a good size at a good price and i am definitely sticking with this product

I work out about 5 minutes a day. My plan is based all on extra protein. And it is working. I give all to this powder. A fan for life.
