Good book with a lot of useful infos
A well detailed and good book, contents are explained beautifully and in simple language easy enough to understand by oneself without any external help. Though I'm still a student and not has started to work in the merchant navy, this book do cover everything which seems important for a merchant navy engineer to know.

Quality content ,has necessary information.
* I would point out this book as a must requirement for MEO Class 4 or probably MEO class 2 as well in India. * The book has required content for MEO class 4 : Motor function . Additionally ,this can be a good study guide for pre-sea marine engineering students as well. * I would recommend this book to all MEO competency examination candidates as this has required quality content and not any unnecessary content that is waste of time. * Though it is not at par priced with other costly marine books, if it is priced at lower prices , this would be purchased by many.
