Great product design with super support
I have had the base Guardian system for over four years. It is now expanded to over 15 sensors. Twice it has almost instantaneously shut off the house water when there was a leak. Once was at 2 am and saved considerable damage. The product is well designed and thought out. The first year there were some teething problems with the software however the present version is wonderful. They have been very responsive to all questions. Of the IoT devices I use (quite a few) these folks are the best to deal with and most helpful.

It detects leaks fast!
I have 12 sensors plus 6 remote sensors. I really like the system. Manufacture finally got firmware to work pretty well. Still a few bugs. It does work.

Great concept poor execution
I returned the entire system, it has WiFi issues and didn’t work half the time. Tested system several times at random and it did not close ball valve. Not reliable enough 4 me!

Guardian could save you from a water disaster in your home
This product has already saved me from a leak The app is difficult to maneuver and a bit glitchy. Once y get it up it works well.

Be careful
After many hours of my efforts and it paired, it was great.Then they'd update software and screw that up. Their software is terrible, but somehow their leadership is even worse. Was promised a refund with proof of receipt and once I agreed publicly, JDS reneged his offer and banned me from the user page so no one could see. I have screenshots of it all.This is the epitome of a shady company, folks-run.

Do not waste your money
Why is Amazon still selling this product? They seem to have discontinued selling the system it connects to. I have two systems I bought a few years ago. Nothing but problems and customer support is slow if not nonexistent. They use email platform and no live access. The software is the worst I have ever used. It seems to be beta and they keep changing it. When they do nothing works. Do not waste your money and time like I did.

Disappointment over time
Bought the entire system in January 2019. Impressed and added several extra sensor shortly there after. Just over a year later the sensors systematically began failing. Just over a year 5 sensors failed (right after the year warranty passed.) Main unit failed after an recent attempted software upgrade (company replaced the unit with a new one with one new sensor). Main unit still operational and working with one remaining sensor. Problem is I have 5 very expensive paper weights.

Great support!
I cannot say enough about the product support. It is the best I have experienced! There were some technical issues with the connectivity but Guardian support were extremely helpful and all is well. The product works as advertised and has already saved me from an expensive remediation bill. Thank you!

Works well
Each water sensor paired easily with the system. The design will detect water dripping from above or on the surface it is on. It will also detect water using the remote sensor (but this is not included).After one month of use, it is working well!
