Perfect insoles for my nursing shoes!
I’m a nurse that had hip surgery last summer, and my physical therapist recommended these to me for my work shoes. I was a little hesitant because of the cost and just not being sure if I’d like them, but I am so glad I bought them. They fit my shoes well and were easy to put in the shoes. For being on my feet all day, they provide great support, stability, and comfort. My feet ache a whole lot less than they did before having these, even with me having Dr Scholl’s insoles. They don’t slip out when I take the shoes off like the other insoles did, which I love. They’re a little more expensive than regular insoles, but totally worth it for the comfort.

My feet and legs hurt with these.
These honestly made my feet and legs hurt. I don’t know if it’s because I got the wrong thing though. I have planters fasciitis and I thought these would help. They are a little pricey too. Do your research and make sure these are what you are looking for! True to size.
