I bought the third edition before, so I knew this book will meet my expectation on 100%. It is the best self-study material for IELTS . Very satisfied with fast delivery.

It introduces IELTS and its basic principles to students. Good book to start your studies with but I think it is not enough on its own.

Second time I buy this book. This time I bought to use with with Chinese students in a prep course at the school I work for. I myself used this book to write my own test (I was once a foreign student as well) and passed with a good grade. I had a good success rate between my students and I passed my own test as well. This book allowed me to understand the structure of the test but I also outsourced some other materials from the internet along with it.

Il libro è arrivato nei tempi previsti e senza segni di usura.Il libro è suddiviso in due parti. La prima affronta ogni sezione dell'esame (listening, writing, reading, speaking) con esercizi singoli e mirati. La seconda è costituita da 4 simulazioni di esame IELTS Academic e 1/2 IELTS General Training. Gli audio sono presenti nel CD e le soluzioni sono già parte del libro.Il libro è ben strutturato ma non è troppo utile alla preparazione dell'esame perche presenta tipologie di esercizio che all'esame non sono previste e in molti casi gli esercizi sono molto più semplici che quelli si devono affrontare il giorno dell'esame.
