I really like this tea—it combines soothing chamomile with gentle senna, which helps me relax and supports my digestion. So my Uncle came to live with me. He thinks pooping once a week is ok. Um, NOT! He was on Miralax and google that- SO BAD for you!!! I got him doing one or two of these a day and after not going his whole life- hes 85- he now goes daily. Changing the diet some too helps of course but this is ALL he drinks all day. It works. And its not going to give you problems like stuff from the Pharma will. Taste? Not sure. I dont drink it as I dont have a problem :) but Uncle does not complain.
