better than expected
I bought this for windows 8 hoping it worked as demo on their website. WellI guess it does mostly, I had to come up with a few tricks of my own! As for getting the menu bar out from the right side of screen I couldn't do it the way they had shown, Its easier to use your mouse by running pointer into corner, having said that I found that sticking my little finger right into the bottom right corner of screen worked, I also found that using a stylus worked great.As for the monitor itself it is probably the best monitor I have had, the picture on anything I have used it for has been first class, And the built in speakers are very good too, done away with 2.1 Logitech speakers. The only downside I have with the screen it gets absolutely covered in finger marks, You don't notice them until the monitor is off they just stick out on the blank screen. All in all I can reccomend this very responsive touch screen monitor

Very usable but no HDMI....
This is a very nice screen - well made and solid to use but a little annoying not having an HDMI port.. but one can buy a mini HDMI to DVI cable to sort this. Very nice touch sensitivity and great Viewsonic colours. Have not test the sound yet. Ideally would want it to be automatic through HDMI but Hey Ho.... yet another cable. and then of course the USB connection/cable for the touch connection so another cable... It would be nice if that one connection could also replicate some USB ports on the monitor as well
