This cream is not tinted. I don't believe they've changed the packaging, it's the same packaging that I've seen for years of buying this. Yes, it has a slight SPF factor, not sure how much.

Hello - This product does not state oil-free. Shea butter is a listed ingredient. I would recommend this product if your skin is normal to dry. I would not recommend it for acne prone skin; Guinot does have products for oily skin as well. Thanks for shopping with us!
