Floor Corking Machine

I LOVE my new toy!! It does not come with instructions or packing. 1 bolt attatches the back legs and then you snap on the plastic cover for the bottle rest plate thing. A quick search on you tube will find you several videos on using a floor corker. There is a nut on the cork poker thing that can be adjusted to set the cork depth. On the bottom there is a black lever with a spring to squeeze and set the bottle size. The main spring under the bottle plate thing pushes down to pop your bottle in and remove it after corking. The lever that you pull down to cork with locks that main spring in place so you bottle can not move when the cork is going in. I am a little old lady and if I can figure it out, anyone can. It is a well made, slick and shiny beast. The iris that squeezes the cork (inside of the red metal housing), as well as the red handle and the black bottle plate cover are plastic. Everything else is metal. I am so happy with it and how well it works. My wine is beautifully corked, it truly looks professional. I am excited to give it as gifts this christmas.

This thing works great! The handheld style was pushing the cork in too far. I was always worried that the bottle would go sliding out from under it. But the floor stand model is well worth the extra money.

It works so well! It adjusts to the bottle size then locks in place as you move the handle down! So fast and easy I love it!

I upgraded to this after buying a $25 lever corker. Best thing I did! It makes it so easy to cork and the adjustable pin makes the cork insert to the exact depth you want. The only thing I would think that could make it better was rubber feet so you don’t scratch the surface you bottle on. You get what you pay for, so I suggest you buy this if you are on the fence with a cheaper one.

After three trial bottles and an adjustment in between each bottle, the fourth bottle and everyone after were perfect. If you change bottle brands you will probably have to change the cork depth setting. This makes corking very fast and comfortable. I use mine on the kitchen island which is perfect for standing and bottling comfortably. Someone mentioned that the handle grip is upside down and it is if you use it at counter height. But remember it is a floor corker, so standing over it on the floor the grip is correct. From what I can tell this is the same as FastRack 45-CZ-85-D6BG. Looking to many years of bottling with this one. It's Pretty and Sturdy.

Worked well!

This thing is just a dream to use. Fill a bottle, drop a cork in the thing, lower the handle, boom, done. Next. Compared to my old two-armed hand corker... well, never again! FWIW, I picked up a package of rubber feet from (a big box store) for $2.99, used three of the four as feet for this thing, substituting small machine screws for the wood screws that came with the feet. Keeps it from scratching the floor or sliding around while in use. Not really necessary, but nice (and the corker is drilled for it already).A very good quality product, at a very reasonable price. Rare.

This corker is great. However there are absolutely zero instructions on how to use it. Not that it's hard or complicated, but not everyone is on the same level as the next. It should also come with rubber foot pads. The handle grip is also on backwards, but that's a quality control issue. The depth control adjustment should have a locking nut.All that said I corked 19 bottles in about 5 minutes.
