This is a very good beginning set, and then you can match with other Sklz's cable.
It is a good set for the beginning. The set it comes with a basic Door Anchor and a pair of the handle. You can change the cable afterwards. But using heavy and extra heavy would be hard to change when using this handle. Because heavy and extra heavy’s cable head is bigger. I bought 3 Cables use Handles, that one can mix and match fitness cables and changing easier.Red Cable set: 20 lb (9.07 kg)** Resistance Cable set's tension does not same with Resistance Cable, although Yellow, Orange, Red and Grey cables can be found in the Resistance cable.
