Warrior Products 841 Shovel and Axe Mount

These mounts have been service about 1 year. I have had no trouble with them. Perhaps Warrior Products could devise a way to have a locking (security) feature for this bracket set; i.e., maybe a small hole in the center bolts for a small padlock.

Does not fit a stock FJ rack as advertised. No matter how you try it wont fit. Not between the bars or over the bar. Also doesnt fit the tools unless the handles are round. Good luck finding an axe with a round handle.

a lot of money for a little product

i would give this 0 stars if i could, nuts that came with it nearly stripped the threads on the bolts so i had to dig through my garage for 30 minutes for a few bolts. had to bend the backing plate now the powder coat is ruined, i thought i would be lazy and buy them this time instead of making my own...i probably would have made brackets twice as reliable in half the time i spent modifying these to fit. Probably designed by a jeep owner or something, thats the only reasonable excuse i can see for this. baffled i had to pay 80 bucks for these.

Provides support for shovel and axe on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK using the WP and have had on Body Armor baskets.Only discrepancy is the ability to pull one tool off without the other coming loose or out completely. Otherwise great addition to my jeep organization and functionality.

It looks pretty sick. I'm happy with it, just wish you had the ability to lock it.

Eighty dollars? Really? I mean--it works fine. It holds my shovel and axe just fine. The mount is made of heavy steel and bolts up firmly. Perhaps a shackle hole could have been included? Just too expensive for what it does. Should a small planet fall on my Jeep and break this one, I'll probably not buy a replacement.

Well made and solid. Easy to install.

Does what it says. Holds 2 handled tools to a rack. Soft steel flexes under wingnut pressure and buckles the powder coating, buggering it up. Put onto a Yakima Megawarrior with the addition of a 1/2 steel tube welded to the outside bottom edge. Works OK
