Nice product, but worst servce
The product is very good; battery backup, display, sound quality as well as the speed of processing is remarkable. But service provided by Amazon was VERY BAD.

Disappointed
Takes very long to boot...very slow...Not used much as of now , so no idea about sound quality...processor is so slow that one is put off...

DON'T BUY IT EVEN IF THEY GIVE IT FREE OF COST.
This is the worst kind of laptop I have ever gone through. It takes minimum 2-3 hours just to start. What to do else with it. This is the lethargic product... Don't buy it even if they give u free of cost. More ever I complained about it just after a day I got it but they did not respond n took it so lightly.. It was highly disappointing.

The product is really osm...m jzz loving it. It is so light weight so that easy to carry. N it's design is also cool which gives a stunning look.n it's working so smooth.

Low price is only reason to buy (customers should upgrade SSD if they can afford)
Slow processing, battery backup is low and minor sound of hard disk rotation, it can not process even one app Google Chrome with 6-7 tabs at a time(I think only SSD can improve its performance but not installed yet)Now, I have Installed m.2 SATA III SSD used both Samsung 860evo and WD Blue 250gb now my laptop became a laptop which we see in the advertisements of the laptop)SATAIII support as of now jan 2020 bcz no support of NVMe in BIOS of the laptop.App opening time is within 1-2 sec any kind of app 25 second restart time, 6-7 second shutdown time, 12 second start time)U can go with any of the ssd m.2 or 2.5 any company WD blue, Samsung or crucial mx500 whichever is cheap or whichever you like no need to think of any of the three company.If you want to think, think about samsung 860pro SATAIII which will cost much bcz of performance this is more faster and consistent than above I mentioned.So enjoy your speed of slim laptop with ssd.
