I was looking for refills for these great writing pens from ten years ago. I was happy to see they were still making these pens. Only now they have an icon tapper to control the buttons on my phone. 🏆

I've gotten this pen while searching for a great pen to carry with me along with a small planner that I own.It works great, and the stylus that it comes with is a plus; it worked particularly well when I was outside and didn't want to take my gloves off while using my phone.Bit of a problem, though. Well, two of them.One is the refill size. It's D1. If you write a sufficient amount of stuff, it's going to run out very quickly. Thankfully, it's standard size so it's not going to be hard to find. Just something to note.Another is that... the pulling mechanism doesn't seem to work reliably? Well, I take it back. It's not as much of an issue for me with regards to keeping the pen tip out; it's got more to do with keeping the pen tip hidden when not in use. Sometimes the tip peeks out and attempts to make a mess of wherever it happens to be at the time, whether it be my jean pocket or my messenger bag.But it's reasonably priced and I like most other things about it. And I use it for a quick note, not for a novel. I think it's a great niche pen.

...they die without warning! I’ve been carrying these pens in my pocket for years. “Does anyone have a pen?” Out comes my telescoping James Bond pen! I ALWAYS have a pen! How many men can say that? And they don’t jab me in the leg like a full size pen would in my pants pocket.They write as well as any other ballpoint pen. The only negative is that most pens give you warning before running out — the ink misses a bit. Not these pens. Boom! You’re out of ink. And the ink cartridge is metal, so you can’t see that it’s running out of ink like cheaper pens.I used to carry the space pen/astronaut pen, but these are a whole lot more economical and easier to find, and work almost as well. 15 years ago, I bought a pocket size gel pen. It wrote beauuuuutifully, but it only lasted 1/4 the amount of time and cost $25 back then!Despite the Zebras minor shortcomings, I highly recommend these pens. Makes a great gift for the man who has everything... but a pen on him.

Had one of these that I lost. Found this to replace it. So nice in a small space. Glad to have found this!

Compact design. Well made, works great. Buy refills the ink cartridge is half size normal.

Love these pens, they are the best!! I like them because you can use the one end for when a stylus is needed and flip it to write. The job I have requires to do both. I have used many pen-stylus combos and this is by far the best!!

Pen will not stay shut in my shirt pocket. A disaster waiting to happen. Pen writes well but DEFINITELY not for carrying on a pocket unless you want your clothes ruined.
