Excellent for school lunch pizza. This melts beautifully on a pourable pizza crust. Texture wise it is perfect and the flavor is delicious. Cut thin squares and lay them on your pourable pizza crust this is faster than grating cheese. Also with a simple home made white pizza sauce or barbecue sauce this is delicious. I will add more to this review soon.

I grew up with this cheese and this is the best cheese to use for macaroni and cheese because it melts smooth and velvety and it tastes so good because it's a mixture of Swiss and cheddar and it has a very rich flavor and it's perfect. Plus it's shelf stable so you don't need to worry about it being off the shelf and even if it's a little bit warm when Amazon delivers it to you you just put it in your refrigerator and it's perfect.
