Smith's PP1 Pocket Pal Multifunction Sharpener

Not only is the product good but was delivered within the promised timelines.

Pros : Very small and easy to carry around Carbide, ceramic and diamond coated rods, they do the job well. Tried it on my CRKT (440C steel) tactical knife Tried it on my Gerber pocket mini scout knife. The diamond coated rod was excellent on the serrations on the knife Tried it on the kitchen knife years old and was about to be thrown out. It was so blunt, First through carbide 20 swipes, then ceramic 20 swipes, knife was sharp again. Cons : This is available in U.S. for around 7$, but here it is almost 1200 Rupees. Guess will have to pay that extra amount for the import. I felt it is little bit more on the costlier side. Even though we can change the carbide and the rod after it's life(probably couple years or more) I doubt we will get the spares here in India. Last word : A very good pocket sharpener to have to all the knife enthusiast.

Il prodotto è ben fatto, ho affilato alcuni coltelli di cui uno aveva la lama "mozzicata" in alcuni punti, adesso sono quasi nuovi e tagliano molto bene. ho provato ad affilare una lama in ceramica.... non credo sia idoneo a questo scopo anche se in una resensione veniva consigliato anche per questo. E' molto piccolo, idoneo per tenerlo in tasca, un po scomodo quando si utilizza con oggetti grandi.... Comunque funziona bene!

This is my second Smithy sharpener. I keep one in my backpack, this one i keep in my pocket when working in the garden. It's a good tool to do a quick sharpening of small pocket knives. ps : the keychain is not included.

上級者がどう感じるかはわかりません。私は家の包丁でも十分使えました。もちろんキャンプ用のナイフにもOK。コンパクトで使える物は正義。 パッケージにCOARSEはタイヤローテーションみたいに向きを入れ換えて使えるって書いてあるみたい。
