Minn Kota Talon Side Mounted Jack Plate Adapter Brackets include hardware for Atlas hydraulic, Z Lock manual, and Slide master manual jack plates. Not all jack plates are equipped with mounting holes to accept side mount adapter brackets. Drilling holes to accept side mount adapter brackets may void your manufacturers warranty. Minn Kota is not responsible for damage that may result. All mounting and adapter brackets carry a five year warranty.

Better Construction
This item is manufactured to a higher standard than it's predecessor. Made of molded unstressed aluminum the disability is enhanced. The mount can be adjusted to fit virtually all types of today's high performance fishing boats.

Incompatible with C&H Jackplate
High quality item but will not fit on a C&H Jackplate 5.5". The slots are to narrow for the larger bolts of the C&H jackplate. I had to use the sandwich style mount instead. It would be nice if Minn Kota would publish a list of all known incompatible jackplates.

Solid bracket
This fit my TH Marine jackplate and is solid as a rock. It is much more sturdy than the original bracket they came out with. This holds my 10' talon and keeps it from vibrating.

Very easy to install and very well built
Very easy to install and very well built. Much stronger than I expected it to be. but after I mounted the Talon on it I can see why it needs to be so well built.Great product.
