I have had anxiety since a young age which sometimes becomes overwhelming. In the past I took a good B-complex and it helped me get off anxiety meds. I remembered this so decided to give this product a good 2 month trial. I prefer gel capsules instead of hard pills, they are easy to swallow and are good value, lasting 2 months. I think this is going to be my saving grace. It was in the past, and with all the vitamins included in this Blend of B-Complex, I am very excited to find it and get started on my wellness journey. Update: Have ordered more because I’m doing well On these. Have been tapering off a strong ant-anxiety medication with my doctors help. Slowly weaned down to 1/4th of what I used to take. Added magnesium to this B-complex and sleeping soundly. My heart palpitations have calmed down and the mind fog has lifted. I’m more energetic and exercising now instead of clinging to my sofa feeling anxious. Will stick with natural supplements in the future!

I've been taking these for a year and a half, and I absolutely love them. I have a hard time sleeping when I have extra stress and anxiety, and this takes care of it for me. It doesn't put me to sleep or anything, but if I take it regularly, I notice I sleep better. I have tried L-theanine with no luck, as I didn't see any benefits and it gave me a stomach ache, but this stuff actually works for me. I forgot to order a refill once and just thought I would see how I was doing without it and a couple weeks later I was getting frustrated with not being able to get to sleep. Finally, I realized I stopped taking these and immediately ordered these as a subscription to come every three months, so I always have them on hand. That's how I know they really work. I can FEEL a difference. One thing to note is that it smells weird/gross. I didn't notice this the first few bottles, but the newer ones do, so be mindful. Don't take a whiff from the bottle, just grab one and swallow it like medicine!

I've been taking a supplement for my heart that includes magnesium, and read that vitamin B helps with magnesium absorption, so I bought this product. I do feel like it helps as I feel more energetic. I took off a point as this product smells and tastes bad. You really need to drink a lot of water when taking this to get rid of the bad taste. Maybe all B vitamins are like this and that's just the way it is. I may try another brand when I am finished with these.

I've tried a lot of different b supplements before but natural rhythm seems to be the best one I've come across. I also use their magnesium. Very good quality and noticeable results

I mean you don't really taste these, this is a capsule pill so the vitamin is enclosed

I’ve only just started taking this brand, so can’t speak to how it works. But, I’ve been on various b complex for years and I’ve never had one that stinks. This isn’t the normal vitamin smell, it’s more like a trash can with rotten meat, used kitty litter, and hot dog water sitting in the sun for a week, it tastes no better so I take it with a protein shake to disguise the taste. I don’t know why this smells so bad! Unless these turn out to be some miracle vitamin I can’t imagine buying them again because of this disgusting stench that permeates the whole room and lingers on my hand. Also, for those giving negative reviews because it turns urine neon yellow…that’s a totally normal consequence of taking riboflavin/B2. As a water soluble vitamin, your body will take what it needs and void out the rest, making your urine bright. Totally harmless and expected. Updated after taking these for a month: I haven’t had blood tests to check my B levels, but I don’t notice any difference in the way I feel from any other B complex , and the smell and taste makes me anxious! So, I won’t be buying these again. Too bad, I loved that these include inositol and PABA.

No fillers like some of the others and they only use quality minerals not the cheap kind
