What does it mean when they are advertised as non-ball end ?

Non-ball end means they are classical type strings that you wrap at the end on the bridge to string. Most steel string and electric guitars have a slot for a ball (or in the case of Fender, "bullets" ) on the bridge that the string is set in to hold in place. Most classical guitars do not have bridges like this, they have bridges set up to tie the strings on. What is the difference between tension, and hard tension, when it comes to these guitar strings?

Normally strings are classified as light, normal and hard tensions. Hard tensions are thicker in diameter and when tuned are tighter therefore harder to press. Also Hard tension do sound louder.

if I have a guitar 3/4 size, do I need to buy 3/4 strings?

Better to use 3/4 strings for your 3/4 size guitar. Guitars and guitar strings follow "standards" in their manufacture. They're made to match one another to produce accurate sounding notes. The distance between one fret to another is the standard they adhere to. 3/4 size guitars have shorter fret to fret distances - while full size guitars have longer fret to fret distances. So if you use full size classical strings on your smaller 3/4 size guitar the notes will sound lower than standard.

What are the individual masses of each string?

I don't have a source for what they weigh but the string gauges are shown in the third picture (the back of the package) and are: .0285 , .0327, .0409, .303, .036, and, .044. Hope that is what you were really asking.
