I am a big fan of fiber optic front sights on a handgun. These were not too difficult to install. I had to stone the rear sight down to gain an acceptable fit in the slide dovetail. Pretty typical process for installing sights in a dovetail cut on a slide. About 40 minutes of careful stoning and test fitting was required. The front sight slid right in with no fitting needed. The sights appear to be well made and give a great sight picture. I have yet to shoot the 17 since the install so I can't say what this sight set will produce as far as POA/POI.

Great optic option for your glock!

I installed these on a Glock Gen4 17. I am a big fan of fiber optic front sights on a handgun. These were not too difficult to install. I am impressed. I was surprised to find that the front sight is the brightest and crispest I have ever seen (and I have a lot of different ones on my guns, including Dawson, trijicon hd, Zev etc). They used simple but effective method to enhance the brightness. This is great for competitive shooting: target acquisition is faster! Rear sight is good too. My only problem that point of impact is 1 inch lower than center at 25 yards, so I need to remember to adjust.

I’m a huge fan of the Proctor Y sights but needed something in a pinch. I ordered these for a training weapon and was surprised at how well they worked. I think these are great for new shooters.

Fit perfectly and the front fiber is the brightest I have found. Long opening for the fiber rod and a little reflector underneath are a great idea. I shoot USPSA and Steel Challenge and it is super easy to pick up quickly. A friend I was shooting with said it looked like a traffic light, from 10 feet back.
