Amazing, inspirational, this book helped put me back on the right track. After 30 years in the car business I needed their inspiration.

This book just about confirms that there are a lot of shady used car dealers out there and that the ones who told their story for this book finally saw the light.If each of the dealers stories actually included way more information on HOW to train and hire staff, buy advertising, create meaningful ad copy, real testimonials from customers, manage the dealership it might have been worth at least the paper it was printed on. But it doesn't.There are a lot of other books out there that DO provide a lot of value in teaching how to put the customer first. This isn't one of them
