Very hard to get to balance. Cool looking when you can get it balanced but died after 6 months. Disappointed!!

For the novice levitating item purchaser, this can take a bit of getting used to and learning with regard to getting it to levitate. However, once you do, and the seller is amazing, simply amazing with regard to helping, teaching, communication and so much more, you'll get the groove in no time. It's the center piece of my credenza and has everyone who's seen it so far mesmorized. It's a show stopper for sure, but for me, even more ... I'm a moon lover and have been since I was a wee little one many many decades ago and to have the moon right in my living room is the most beautiful and wonderful feeling. It's an absolute talk of the town type of item, beautifully designed and crafted and I couldn't be more thrilled. The only thing that I don't love about it is that there's no on off switch. You can easily turn the light on and off, but the moon continues spinning - which isn't only caused by the magnet itself, but also by it being plugged in. So, the only way to fully shut it and not keep using electricity 24/7 is to unplug it. With it on my credenza, unplugging it means having to catch the plug before it fallls behind it, and then leaving it pushed under the stand so it won't go anywhere. An on/off switch would make this perfect and allow the customer to not only enjoy this one of a kind amazing product, but also save on the electric bill, while also not overusing the product and possibly wearing it out overtime. Aside from that one thing, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the moon, loves gadgets and would love to have something in their home that most people have never seen before. It truly is beautiful and magical. It's well worth the cost, it arrived on time and packed perfectly and during some issues I had at first, the seller was amazing and responded immediately - zero wait time on response - and helped right away. Definitely a big thumbs up and huge recommendation.

The media could not be loaded.  It's perfect, It's just like the pictureIt actually looks super nice when lit up! I like to keep them on at night; it's bright enough but not so much that it would blind you,which complements my modern home decor very nicely.Recommended !

I bought this levitating moon in May 2023 and it stopped working in September 2023. The company won’t replace it or return my money. It cost too much money to have it stop working in just 4 months. I will not buy anything like this from this company or Amazon again.It was never quite right from the start, but we did not know any better, until a friend with another brand looked at it. quite possible the reason for one star rating.

First of all, it’s a little difficult and frustrating trying to get it to levitate, but we were willing to work with it because it looks cool once it’s on there. That only lasted about three months before it stopped working altogether. It also would get really hot, and we were worried that it’d start a fire. The description says the base is made of wood, but it’s plastic. The moon feels like it was 3-D printed. Basically it’s a cheap, flashy Christmas idea with a high price tag. Don’t waste your money, because as far as I can tell, they won’t replace them and won’t give you a refund.

I never said 100's of attempts. Will you exhange it for me? The ball isn't' broken, the magnet base broke away cleanly. Also, the magnet mechanism is not centered so, it's off balanced which is probably why it won't hover.My Moon Lamp broke two days after the return deadline. After several people tried to make it levitate, and many, many attempts, it only worked twice, then it fell all by itself. I inspected the magnet base after it broke off and it is off-centered, probably from production. I'm thinking, it was defective to begin with as my friend has one and it works just fine. I think, I got a "lemon"!!

I bought this product for a birthday present and after many hours of trying the globe does not levitate. Requested a replacement - not a lot if support available for product. It’s very hard to assemble and instructions do mot work.

Bought as a gift. My husband loves. Is a little bit difficult to float at first, but goggled and figured out. Likes so much he bought one for his office.

The media could not be loaded.  My favorite lamp. I could write a whole paragraph about how much I love it, but this is a product review. First off, it consists of a wired platform, remote, and the moon globe. To set it up you need to have your fingers spread around both holding it and onto the platform to keep it still because it is highly magnetic and will otherwise stick to the sides and keep banging on the desk. You push it down until you hear this little buzzing sound and it feels like it’s holding on its own, which it now is. At first the noise may seem loud but I honestly don’t hear it much unless it’s complete silence, and it sounds like the sweet purrs of a cat anyways haha. I’ve left it on for almost a day and it hasn’t gotten any hot, I usually just turn its light off once I’m not in my room. There is the magnet reflecting on the bottom which at certain angles makes it look less circular, but you can’t see it that much and it doesn’t take away from the power and beauty of such object. Makes me feel all the more connected to the universe and I find it is wonderful for keeping me inspired and creative :) Note: the song playing in the video is Aqua Regia by Sleep Token. Enjoy

Could not get it to work and it became very hot. Sent it back easily thanks to Amazon.

Works well, bit difficult to get it to initially float but with a little patience it works fine and looks really good.I did have an issue with it but the company were very helpful and sorted the problem straight away.

No puedo dejar de mirarlo. Es una auténtica hermosura. Al contrario de algunas reseñas, levitar la luna me costó sólo 5 minutos la primera vez, y tres la segunda. La base NO se sobrecalienta. Con un poco de paciencia, lo consigues sin problema. Varios amigos me han dicho que se comprarán esta lámpara para sus casas.
