Perfect, powerful and silent PC. Can be used for so much but I use mine as a streaming and entertainment machine. Excellent technical support.

Had a few issues setting up screen interface but resolved aftre 15 minutes

This is a fine little fanless PC from Histton.  It is an i5 with 8GB RAM and a 128GB SSD.  Plus has Bluetooth 4, 4K support, HDMI and VGA connections and three COM ports thrown in for good measure.  The PC runs on Windows 10 Pro, although it is worth noting that a key isn't provided for the operating system.The PC boots up quickly and is virtually silent in operation. I wanted to use this as part of a media server, so I poked around and made the PC auto login when it's turned on, this is because I don't intend to have a screen, keyboard, mouse attached.  I set this up, hooked up an 8GB external drive full of music and video and put the whole thing behind our smart TV.  I used ethernet to connect directly to my router.  A bit more fiddling ensued whilst I set up folder sharing permissions.  I then tested the set-up with my phone using ES FIle Explorer and I was able to find and stream the music and video content.  Worked perfectly.  A bit of a faff admittedly as I already to have a NAS, which works well, but I wanted this as a backup unit.  I have dragged and dropped files onto the external drive connected to the Histton and so far, so good.I did use the PC for an afternoon just using the internet, etc and it was great.  Nice and quick and as I said virtually silent.  It does get a little warm, but not overly so.  There are plenty of USB ports to attach keyboard, mice, etc and the option of HDMI or VGA.  This is a fine little PC and comes into it's own as a server for me as it is small, silent and fast.  Very impressed.

This amazing little machine keeps up with me and my usage. I would recommend this to anyone except gamers. Not a gamers PC. But I’m not a gamer so it’s a great fit for me.
