Amazon Essentials Sterling Silver Filigree Teardrop Earrings (previously Amazon Collection)

Cute little filigree teardrop earrings. Smooth and shiny all around. They are very lightweight. I don't even notice that I'm wearing them. Still, they are fairly sturdy, as long as you don't step on them. They are thin and delicate, but they are not paper thin. The swirls are intricate and nicely done. They don't have sloppy edges like cheaply stamped jewelry. The fishhooks are comfortable and hold the earrings in place well. Dangling from the fishhooks, the earrings have a little bit of movement.I love filigree openwork. It adds a touch of elegance, but it's not too fancy for everyday wear. The earrings are quite versatile. They go with everything from formal dresses to jeans. They're conservative enough to wear in an office environment.They are made with quality sterling silver. The back of the teardrops and the fishhooks are stamped with 925. I'm glad I bought them. I didn't know what to expect, but for the price they are excellent quality. They are fun to wear and go with everything.

Purchased some as a gift, they were so nice that I got some for myself!These are a great size and versatile enough for every day use. They are very lightweight and fine, and the silver stays pretty even with frequent use. They are a very bright silver and catch the light really nicely, they draw just the right amount of attention for my taste. They don't get caught in my unruly hair, which I really like, although sometimes one of them will flip around and face the back, which is easily corrected. The posts are also silver, which is great for me since I have sensitive skin. No reaction to these whatsoever, thankfully!

These earrings are lovely. I frequently get compliments when I wear these. They are incredibly lightweight, so I forget I have them on and can sleep in them comfortably. These are my favorite earrings. I rate them five stars.

I like these earrings because I bought them for a trip and they are very, very lightweight. They will add no weight at all to my jewelry travel case. Also, I like earrings that have little weight in my ears. If you are expecting sterling silver earrings that are lighter than feathers you will be happy. The amount of sterling silver is minute. The design is very pretty but it does not catch the light nor is it very shiny. As I expected, for this price, the earrings were made in China. I have silver earrings from Italy and from Peru and there is no comparison in terms of workmanship and amount of silver.

I saw these earrings & thought they looked beautiful. I wasn't sure how they'd look in person but thought I'd take a chance. They arrived in plenty of time and looked better in person. They are just lovely and have a slight shine to them. They are very light weight, not too small or too big. With the fish hook they are so easy to put on in the morning for work or going out for an evening. I would highly recommend them & the price is great.

I liked the style of these earrings, but found them to be extremely lightweight. They claim to be Sterling Silver, my guess is they are silver plate. No matter, if that's true, they still won't cause skin irritation. The box they came in indicated they were made in China. Unfortunately, I did not have time to test their skin-worthiness because they were so lightweight, I didn't notice when one fell off at some time during the day, so now I only have one left of the pair!

At first I thought they were a little small for me. After I switched out the hook for a clip, and put them on, I liked them a lot. They are very pretty and nicely made.BTW, since I wear clips, and the selection has gotten smaller and smaller over the years, I finally figured out that I can buy drop earrings and simply change out the wire for a clip. I bought a good supply of clips from FireMountainGems.com. They have all sorts of jewelry hardware. You can probably buy clips from your local bead store too.Now I love to buy earrings!
