Makes perfect boiled eggs, a bit of trial and error to get the perfect yolk but worth it. Highly recommend this item.

I lost my wife so had to learn to cook fast. This device does what it is designed for. Cooks boiled eggs easily with no trouble. Would recommend it.

The idea of hard boiling 4 eggs in the microwave is a good one, but why is this product so badly made?1. Not dishwasher proof2. The silver tray holding the eggs does not locate properly in the base, so tips over when you put the eggs in3. The silver tray has discoloured after one use and is so flimsy, I don't think it will last more than a few usesThe whole thing is just flimsy and poorly executed!

I found this egg boiler to be good, you would need to try a few times to get the perfect egg!To get a perfect boiled egg and depending on how you like your eggs!For soft boiled I set the microwave for 7 minsHard boiled for around 9 minsPerfect for item for boiled eggs just make sure that the lid is on securely with no gaps otherwise eggs will burst, recommended item.

I have not used this product yet, so this is very premature.I have looked at the big boiley and do not feel inspired by the quality. The metal interior is scratched and the holes are very sharp edged.However, I will use this for my tea tonight, and update if my opinion changes. Pity about the quality!

I purchased the egg boiler as ( due to my disabilities & meds ) I sometimes forget the eggs are on boil on the gas hob.This little gadget has changed my life, all I need to do is fill it to the line indicated on the inner, lower part of the boiler, (looks like a dish) then sit the egg holder ( silver-colored, which has a white removable ring around it) on top of it, it slots into place, then pierce the eggs at the bottom, (widest end) and place them in the holder, pierced end upwards, then place the lid on top which twists locks into the lower part /dish.Place into the microwave on full power, then 10 minutes later, hard-boiled eggs!Just be careful as the egg boiler can be very hot.I've been using it at least once a week for almost 3 months and perfect hard-boiled eggs every time(My microwave is 800w)

Dont like it at all. there is a air hole on the cover makes the egg cooked strangely. I had one before without that whole, the egg was cooked much evenly. I already used the thing. Can't return.. So to the bin it is. Completely waste of money.

Really happy with this product. The cooking instructions are accurate on the timings for soft, medium or hard boiled eggs. The only negative is the egg piercing pin is a little fiddly to use as the plastic base on the pin is rather small to stand and hold firm on a surface in order to place the large end of the egg on the pin to pierce the shell. Will probably consider buying a separate larger egg piercer to use with the egg boiler.
