Love these mugs. Certainty keeps your drink hot whilst keeping the outside cool to hold. Love the style and had many lovely comments from friends who went on to buy a set for themselves. However, as previous customers have commented, water gathered in the cavity from the dishwasher which was unacceptable. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to send them back as my husband binned them! I am going to order them again but will wash by hand despite them being dishwasher safe.,

Well what can I say , well surprised how hot it kept my coffee, normally by time I walk from kitchen to lounge my mug has already taken heat from coffee. I sat waited a moment picked up mug had a blow in it as you do took a sip and burnt my tongue and throat luckily I had a bottle of water by me to take a cold swig but it’s still sore , so I’m impressed,the outside doesn’t get hot so no hot fingers , kept my coffee hot the whole time , I think everyone should have these if you like your drinks hot not Luke warm . The size is perfect , I chose black and it looks really smart and I love the shape, not heavy, came with instructions how to care for them which I will follow to preserve the integrity of the mug , won’t be going in dishwasher, very pleased with my choice would buy again ,

Second purchase of these lovely cups. These are to replace a set of newer, lesser cups that randomly cracked.

Awful! It does state these can be put in dishwasher on a low quick wash,which I did. First time ,water got through the seam ,and now gave 2 unusable cups. It should really state NOT dishwasher safe,that way customers wouldn't attempt them in there!!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesen doppelwandigen Kaffeegläsern! Absolut kein Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Keramiktassen und diese hier haben, natürlich durch das Glas, eine einzigartige Optik, was dem Genuß des Cappuccino nochmals hebt. Die Qualität des Borosilikatglases ist hervorragend – sehr robust und gleichzeitig elegant wobei ich hierbei noch anmerken möchte, damit ich diese Tassen per Hand abwasche und nicht im Geschirrspüler. Die doppelwandige Isolierung hält meinen Cappuccino lange warm, ohne dass die Außenseite heiß wird, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Design mit Henkel liegt gut in der Hand und sieht richtig edel aus. Leider kam eine Tasse mit einem Makel an, der nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kunderservice aber sehr schnell, überaus professionell und akurat zu meiner besten Zufriedenheit ausgeräumt werden konnte, wofür ich mich an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich bei Anne bedanken möchte.
