Love this small size proofing baskets, the loaf of my sourdough bread, come out very nice size for my one person family.

I started to use these proofing baskets when I began baking smaller loaves, and I have to say I'm actually very surprised at how effective they are. The loaves do not stick to them, so they take on the flour coating well, and they're the perfect size for what I need. The only negative I have to say about them is that if you keep them overnight in a refrigerator, which I do a lot, they leave marks on the bottom of the loave.

I’m just going to use a tea towel and a literal plastic bowl from home we use for cereal.

Perfect size for mini sourdough breads.

For a loaf of bread (500g of flour), you would need to split your dough into 1/4 to fit these baskets. I was looking to just split my loaf in half. Quality is good, but size is too small.

At times i want to make a half loaf of sourdough bread. It’s not clear, at least to me, the size of these baskets. These are for making very tiny loaves. I’s say about the size of a large dinner roll. The quality of build is just ok. The top piece is stapled. I haven’t used them because they are way to small. Maybe if I ever get a couple more I could use them to make dinner rolls.
