Not as good as it seems... Customer service intervention and I am now a very happy customer!
1 month and 1 day along, only 1 port out of 3 works and I can't return it through Amazon because it is 1 day outside the 'return window'. Don't waste your tine and money.After posting the above comment I was contacted directly by RAVPower customer services (Tanya) who informed me that she had taken it upon herself to send out a replacement unit because she felt I may have had a defective one in the first instance. I cannot praise her enough! The new unit arrived within a couple of days and is (so far anyway) performing as I had hoped the first one would. I am very impressed with the speed at which this has been resolved and would like to thank Tanya for all her help.

Strong But Weak!

Recharge whatever you want, multiple times
This powerbank has the capacity to recharge the sun.There are 3 fast-charge USB slots and it comes with a couple cables to recharge the unit itself and one to use with one of your devices (micro-USB). You'll get 5-6 full charges for an iPhone/Samsung in general, but this will vary with your phone's battery size and efficiency obviously.NOTE: If you have bought this, it comes fully charged - however, once you've run it down, you're going to need to have it plugged in overnight (or more) to get it's charge full again. So plan in advance.

Amazing best powerbank ever!
I've had this over a year now and it's the best powerbank I have ever owned I have bought a second one because its so good. I did a test last month to see how many times I could charge my phone before the power bank died it lasted 5 days!!!I didn't charge anything else on it but my phone has a 4000mAh battery so large capacity and it lasted that long! I've also charged 3 Bluetooth speakers off it at the same time and charged them all fully!100% recommend it to anyone going to a festival etc! Amazing product!

A real powerhouse of a charger, and very well made.
Part of the XTREME SERIES, this RAVPower model RP-PB41 Powerbank is not only heavy and larger than most Smartphones, but it has a massive 26800mAh capacity and is very well made. This has an on button at the top with 4 blue LED lights, you can just plug in and away you go. Input is good at 5V/2.1A max, so charging time for this device is kept down to around 15 hours with the micro USB socket. Output is great, it has 3 iSmart 2.0 USB-A ports 5V/2.4A maximum each, or a combined total of 5.5A. Enough power for most needs, this comes with 2 different length micro USB leads, a smashing carrying pouch and a 30 month warranty if you register it, I love it.

Very good product
Although the power bank is quite large and heavy I had expected it since it has a large capacity.I am using it for long period trips when I am not sure if I will have any power around and when using on my old samsung s4 it charged the phone approximately 10 times but it depends on the phone battery so it is always good to check.It has many nice features as well. For example, charging two devices simultaneously or automatic turning off the power bank when it is plugged when fully charged.It also comes with extended warranty when you register the product on RAVpower website.

Nice little device
Great device - when it arrived, it was already charged up so tried it out. It charged my iPhone at a speed of around 1% per minute or so, and that was while I was using it to play games, so would probably be quicker if it was just left to charge.It comes with a little bag to carry it around in and 2 USB cables. If I had to fault it, I'd say it was a bit big and clunky, but that's not a problem, as it fits in my work laptop bag easily and can be sued anywhere really.It also has a button you can press to find out how much charge it has. I charged my phone for around 45 mins while using it, and it was still on max charge (5 out of 5 blue lights)There are 3 USB ports, so it can charge 3 devices up at the same time which is handy if your away with friends camping or at a festival or something like that.

Dead brick
I have two RAV Power and at the moment although smaller so I had no hesitation in ordering the big 26800mah, when it turned up all was good the box was intact and nicely put together in a box, when I took the power bank out it was dead which I thought was a little odd as previous versions have had life, I put it on charge through the day and over night and the 4 lights were solid when I went to get it and use it, as soon as I unplugged it the 4th light went dark and I only had three illuminated so without thought I put it back on charge, the 4th light started to flash and I didn't think more of it 8 hours later I went back and it was all solid so took it off and the same thing happened, at this point I assumed it was normal so plugged in a cable and went to charge my device in this case my phone. I plugged my phone in and nothing, I assumed I had a dodgy cable so I opened a new Anker cable which I had previously purchased on amazon. Plugged that in and nothing, I plugged the charger back in over night to charge the power bank at this point didn't know what else to do, the following morning all the lights were off, I again assumed ok maybe it's now fully charged but I had nothing it's a dead brick very disappointed particularly as I've had the smaller power banks from RAV power.
