This book is very short and full of interesting information about the life of people during the Great Depression. It is very first hand, kind of like talking to your Grandma. It's not anything that gives you great details about why the Great Depression happened but rather little details and facts about how people survived those tough times. Depression
For the price I expected more of a book...this was just a pamphlet really, However it was interesting, written by a lady who lived through the Depression and gave a good view of day to day life.
