Did Not Come With a Power Brick
It worked great, AFTER I bought a switch power brick. It only came with the usb-c cable and not the brick, and not just any brick will work it has to be rated for a Switch 1 or 2. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Worked perfectly with my Switch 2
My original dock for my Switch 2 stopped working. This worked so well, I ordered a second one.

Great secondary or travel dock
This is a great little dock for the Switch 2, it's not compatible with other versions. It's useful for travel, as a secondary dock in a children's room, or when combined with a KVM switch, sharing a monitor with your gaming rig, so you can change back and forth. The big plus with this unit is that it comes with the power and HDMI cords, making it quick and easy to connect, without having dig up extra cables. All you need is just the cube or other power supply. Personally I have a surge protector that I travel with, and the USB-C port on it pushes 60w, which is the minimum. Picture quality is good in 4K, although it does get a bit grainy when on a 75" TV, unless you stand way back.At the time of this review, the dock is priced at $20, a significant discount (and a steal of a price) from the $37 that it was valued at when I received it. It's currently an excellent value for the price, as there are some priced at $35+ that do not come with any cables. I'm currently using this as a secondary dock in my office, as I've replaced it in my travel kit with an even smaller one, that actually fits in my carry case. The only real issue I have with this is that I have a protective case on my Switch 2 that prevents it from seating completely on the doc. It will work, but it's just better if I remove it, so I'm not taking off for that.

Perfect for Traveling with the Switch 2
I picked this dock up mainly for travel, and it has been great for hotel stays. It takes up a lot less room than carrying the full size dock, which makes it easy to toss into my backpack when I'm on the road.Setup is simple. Just plug it into the hotel TV with the HDMI cable, connect the power, and you're ready to play. I've used it on several trips now and haven't had any issues getting it to work. The built in stand is also nice since it keeps the Switch 2 secure while charging and playing. The extra USB ports are handy if you need to connect accessories or charge other devices at the same time.Overall, if you travel with your Switch 2, this is a great accessory to have. It's compact, easy to use, and makes gaming in a hotel room a whole lot easier.

Nice small dock but make sure you have an appropriate adapter yourself
I received this Portable Switch 2 Docking Station so I could give it my honest review. My initial thoughts are-- It is nice and small-- It doesn’t come with a USB adapterI wanted a second docking station on my bedroom TV for when the grandkids come over and want to play but the grownups or older kids want to watch a movie on our main TV. So this docking station seemed perfect. The docking station itself is small enough to easily fit behind our TV (amongst all the power cords and cables) so that was a good start. I plugged the USB-C into the connection on the docking station then the HDMI cable, which seemed to have a really tight fit but did go in (I thought). Once I plugged the other end of the HDMI to the TV and found a USB adapter with enough power output to plug in the USB-C, I put my Switch 2 on the cradle and turned on the TV. Nothing happened.I double-checked the dock to see if there was a power switch (there is on a travel docking station I use) but there wasn’t one. So I checked the connections to the USB and HDMI cables and found that the HDMI cable needed another push into the dock to get a complete connection. It seemed to fit at first, but there was another 1/8th of an inch that needed to be pushed in and the TV showed the game Home screen. So it was a simple fix to get it working. All in all, getting it up and running was simple. The only issue (and negative I have about this unit) is that it does not come with a USB power adapter. Now I have a couple dozen of those laying around the house, but then I realized both sides of the USB-C cable was USB-C, and I only have a handful of those, especially ones that would provide enough power for the dock. The instructions recommend using the original Docking station power adapter, but THAT wasn’t going to happen! So beware of this issue and make sure you have something handy that will work when you try to use it.I will give this a 5/5, primarily because it was simple to hook up, doesn’t take much room and works flawlessly while in place. The issue with the adapter is minor as more and more of those become a household gadget, but it is something to keep in mind.
