The third edition of Wolverton is a substantial improvement over what was already a superb resource. I can think of no other reference book that touches it for dermatologic medications. I particularly appreciate the details on mechanisms of action and the balanced, nuanced discussions of adverse effects.The chapters have been edited to limit repetition and some of the more egregious typos have been corrected -- although this book is still remarkable for the apparent lack of proof-reading. But misspellings certainly do not negate its value.

I have been a fan of Wolverton since my student days. I could not resist the moment I saw the new edition. As expected it has improved way ahead. The information is to the point and the things what you need and want to know. A must have for all new and already practicing dermatologists !!

Wolverton's book is a classic in dermatology, and this edition is no exception. I especially appreciate the online version that can be accessed anywhere you have internet on any device. It is a complete version of the book, with the advantage of search.

Stuff in here youre not going to find in andrews or bolognia. It really teaches u pharmacology of the drugs used in derm. Really key book for boards.

I'm a compounding pharmacist. This book is the best and the most comprehensive reference for dermatological conditions.It is very concise and organized.

Difficult to navigate through the book. Is is impossible to select specific pages or topics while using the electronic version. Would recommend the physical book better, although having the electronic version would be very convenient. In this case it is very frustrating to use efficiently.
