So this thing was fine for a week. After that, the back tire started falling apart and the kickstand was falling down and scraping on the ground. The company (in China) did offer replacement parts, but the concept of replacing defective parts after 7 days was ridiculous to me. Oh, the motor also died. Turning the throttle didn't get the thing to move. We would hear the motor, but it wasn't moving anything. Yes, we drove it on flat ground and it was a 55 pound kid riding it. I originally had to pay for return shipping, but I wasn't having that, so they paid for it. I admire the company, because they tried to make it right, but in the long run, the product was just pure junk.

Kn all my years of assembling toys for kids and grand kids, this is absolutely the worst. The assembly manual is completely useless. Luckily there is a video available which helps. I broke a plastic piece at the cable exit for the throttle handle trying to stretch the cable to attach the handle to the handlebar. I can't believe a manufacturer would put out an expensive product like this with such a terrible instruction manual.

I purchased this scooter for my 7 year old son for Christmas, 2018, and he really enjoyed riding it. After about a month, the battery gave me a problem. I contacted the buyer, via email, and the buyer responded within a couple of hours and offered to ship me a new battery without any hassles or additional cost! I charged the new battery and my son's scooter is back in business! And my son is back to riding his "wheely" fun scooter! Five star scooter and five star customer service!

So apparently the middle tube was screwed backwards by the manufacture. A simple 15 min set up went to 2hr set up. Right on christmas this happens 👎🏼

Not a bad little scooter. My eight year old loves it. He rode it twice and the handle snapped but thankfully the manufacturers quickly sent out a part and he was off again but after a few days of riding the belt snapped in half. Again the manufacturers are sending another. I definitely thought what a waist of money at first but they keep fixing it so I’m happy. Not many manufacturers stick behind their products anymore. These guys are though, and I would recommend them.

Editing my initial review. The scooter itself is 3 stars at best. The customer service is 5 stars. After 2 days, the drive belt broke and the back wheel came off. The seller was very apologetic and compensated me for the parts needed to fix as well as my time to fix the scooter. The instructions are not very helpful so I recommend tightening up all the bolts and screws before use, as out of the box everything is very loose.

Love this scooter

Ordered 2 as Christmas gifts. One works and one stopped working after only 3-4 times using it. Waiting on manufacturer response for repairs or replacement. Very clumsy to put together. Kids love the product though and have enjoyed riding them.
