This mask completely changed my relationship with my CPAP. I don't exactly know why the regular masks always left a painful mark on the arch of my nose. Using my CPAP daily was torture until I tried this mask. It fits perfectly and comfortably on my nostrils and around my mouth. The silicone tubes that go around the face are barely noticeable when sleeping, and because the tube of the system comes from the top of the head instead of from the front, it is much more comfortable for me to sleep with it. If maintained properly, the mask will last you for at least more than a year. This is the third one I bought, and it is worth every penny.

I purchased this mask option in case I developed a cold, and would be unable to breathe through my nose. I cannot get this mask to work, it just leaks. No instructions for best way to adjust the headstrap.UPDATE May 2024:It seems that I had the wrong headgear. (My sister uses this mask due to being a mouth breather). Anyway when I purchased the correct headgear, (which has two attachments per side rather than one), and I finally had a cold, I had a chance to try this mask again. It seemed that even though I was quite congested, I could breathe pretty well just using the slot for the nasal opening. I did not even need the mouth portion.I then tried the closely related nasal soft silicone gel but with that headgear, having only one attachment per side, this mask type just would not seal and leaked terribly. I could not use it at all.

The DreamWear Full Face Cushion is a great addition to my CPAP setup. It’s super comfortable and doesn’t leave marks on my nose, which I appreciate. The seal is secure, and it makes my therapy more pleasant overall. Highly recommend!

Works well, but this is the old model. If you have a newer machine and head gear, this mask will not work.

I like the fit. I have very little leakage unless I sleep on my side too long.

*update 3/18/20*In a bind so had to purchase this again against my better judgment. I don't know who they think they're fooling but this time the mask came in a set of clear baggies! The mask is inside a zip baggie with the words "Philips Respironics" printed on it and that bag is in a sealed bag that has a printed label. Ummm no thank you! Where is the original sealed bag?? For all I know someone returned this and it was resealed. Currently on the phone with Philip's for tips on how to recognize counterfeit equipment. Returning.I received my cushion yesterday in a sealed bag just like the picture (not my pic). I'm having an issue with my insurance right now so I ordered this in the meantime. It all looked legit. I go to use it last night and I hear leaking but I don't feel air coming from any of the main parts. A few seconds later I start moving the magnet locks and find the source of the hissing. I compared this mask to the previous one and found that the little thingies the magnet locks connect to wiggle and the previous one doesn't. Today I was extremely tired and I'm wondering if it caused enough leakage to affect my sleep quality. Going to use the old one tonight and see if there's a difference.
