It works perfectly with my back massager. Used it consistently for a few weeks already and there are no issues with the electrical compatibility like you would see in other cheap models. Definitely an adequate replacement if you need one. Review: 15V Power Adapter for Normatec Systems - This is a decent replacement 15V power adapter. Build quality feels fine and everything fits as it should. The cord is about 69 inches long and uses a 5.5 × 2.5 mm center-positive barrel plug. The plug fits securely. It is rated at 15V 2A (30W). I briefly tested it on an RC charger and it got very warm, so I would not recommend using it for higher-draw devices. When used as intended with the Hyperice Normatec 3, it should work fine.
