Highly recommended for pain in lower back
My husband used to purchase or recommend to his patients through the company. My son who was in a terrible car accided and spine is held together with metal has worn out 3 of these over the last 10 years, but he wears daily to relieve his pain instead of taking medicine. Only complaint he says he sweats in it.

Exceeded My Expectations!
I was little skeptical at first wondering if it’ll work( since I’ve tried some of the lower priced belts), but the materials used for the belt is much better and the pump actually has a pressure gauge that the other belts lacked. I bought the belt because I’m on my feet all day and pulled my back a couple of times with little relief even after acupuncture, massages and physical therapy. I tried the belt for the first time and felt instant relief but was still skeptical since the other belts did just about the same but never lasted. I wanted to wait a couple of days after wearing the belt to see if the relief would really last, so far it’s exceeded my expectations. I did some yard work today and bent over with and without the belt and my back didn’t give out or have that locking feeling that I would have usually felt. The belt works great and it hides well under clothes (the other belts were a bulkier and I would get constantly questioned or commented). I’m a fan and would recommend it for lasting relief.

Excellent device!
OMG I wore it for the first time for 2,5 hour walk and it makes a HUGE difference. Thank you DDS!!! Highly recommend for a lower back pain relief!

Lumbar traction
A decent device for the price. Is not extremely comfortable under clothing. It ia a better feel on top of clothes.

This belt works!
This belt really works and helped me get back on my feet. I recently had a muscle sprain in my lower back from lifting my 2.5 year old toddler into her stroller. The dds belt really got me back on my feet in no time. I also have bad posture from sitting at my desk all day at work. The dds belt alleviates the pain and corrects my posture. It is so worth the money.
